Impressive variety of cheese for tasting! Online and on-site shop. Throughout these years, the company has expanded its distribution territory, both geographically and with new products. In 2012, they decided to produce a soft cheese.
From their experiments came Angélus, and a few months later, Cendré de Notre-Dame took shape. In 2016, Anne Barrette joined the team. She was interested in “taking over” the cheesemaking.
Since then, Anne has officially taken on a more significant role. She is now in charge of operations and holds the position of General Manager of La Fromagerie. The future is definitely secure!
