L’Île aux pousses

Passionate about gardening for as long as I can remember, I have developed horticultural skills that I perfected through my Diploma of Vocational Studies (DVS) in Horticulture. I aspire to transform my passion into a profession and make a living from it, while sharing the benefits with those around me. I have always believed that abundance can benefit everyone.

For the past five years, I have been working towards achieving food autonomy. From this journey, the desire to promote sustainable development and establish a short local food supply chain was born, particularly for the production of microgreens. Here are the varieties available: peas, sunflower, pink radish, daikon radish, wheat, cilantro, beet, red cabbage, watercress, alfalfa, basil, Italian parsley, chervil, mung beans, arugula, and green and red lentils.

The containers preserve the product refrigerated for 1 to 2 weeks. They are of high quality and can be reused for other purposes.
